As Group Head of Digital Products at Emirates NBD, he leads the strategy, design, and delivery of all customer-facing and assisted digital channels across Retail, Wealth, Business and Corporate Banking. Shoaib has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the bank’s enterprise-wide digital transformation, leading the transformation of key customer facing channels as well as crafting and implementing Bespoke Scaled Agile Operating Model, enabling Emirates NBD to lead the region in digital banking innovation.
