Manoj Bhojwani is a highly experienced technology executive with over 30 years in digital, technology, and organizational transformation. His career spans prominent roles at Oracle, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, and HSBC, with a strong focus on the wealth management sector. Notably, he spearheaded the creation of Asia’s first digital private bank and, as Global CIO of Wealth and Private Banking at HSBC, drove a global wealth technology transformation, prioritizing a cloud-first approach to modernize platforms across client segments. Currently, Manoj is the Global CIO at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), where he leads technology transformation, business digitization, and innovation to support ADIB’s vision of becoming the world’s leading Islamic bank. Known for championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, Manoj is committed to fostering an inclusive culture within the organizations he serves.
