Ashwani Arora is the Chief Executive Officer of Novel Patterns, a fintech company building advanced AI-driven platforms for credit intelligence, risk analytics, and investment management for financial institutions. Under his leadership, the company focuses on enabling banks, NBFCs, and asset managers to make faster, more informed decisions through data intelligence, automation, and scalable technology platforms. With over 30 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) technology sector, Ashwani has led global businesses, product innovation initiatives, and large transformation programs for financial institutions across multiple international markets. He brings deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and building customer-centric platforms that support financial inclusion, operational efficiency, and intelligent risk management. Prior to joining Novel Patterns, Ashwani held senior leadership roles at Nucleus Software, where he served as the Global Head of the Customer Success Center and led the company’s lending product business globally, working closely with banks and financial institutions across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other international markets. Ashwani is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he completed executive leadership programs. He is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, strong industry relationships, and commitment to leveraging technology to strengthen the financial services ecosystem.
