A professional in retail banking with 22 years profound experience working for local private sector banks, multinationals and currently occupying the position of Head of Digital banking and innovation in the National Bank of Egypt for the past 3 years. Her area of expertise ranges from branches customer service, sales development, branch & people management, Digital strategy formulations & digital banking channels development. Results driven with an eye on details and improvement of business targets, cross selling activities , change management & people development. Key & team player in different mega projects across board along her career with a proven track record of high performance and interpersonal skills. Seeing the potential of the digital transformation in the banking industry, she moved from branches regional manager to Digital banking & alternative channels back in 2012, taking the responsibility of E-channels development and building customer experiences serving retail platforms which comprises online banking services, SMS services, telephone banking, mobile banking, ATM network strategy management, website and social media, mobile wallet & digital payments, digital branches and call center management. Scope includes formulating strategies, setting business requirements & road maps, envisioning the customer experience all the way to planning the commercial launch in terms of communication, activation and customer engagement. Ingy is the Head of digital Banking committee at the Federation of Egyptian banks since August 2019, Finished up the executive education program with Chicago booth university graduate school of business October 2019. MBA holder since 2008 specializing in strategic marketing, a registered certified instructor & panelist with the Egyptian Banking institute (EBI ) since 2015 & a key note speaker contributed in multiple conferences and panels.
